Steve started his career in the food business in 1992. He has been the Convenience Store National Accounts Manager with Minh Foods, Inc., (A Division of Schwan’s Foods) 1992-1996. His most recent position was as the SW Regional Sales Manager with another Schwan’s Food Company-Little Charlies Convenience Foods prior to joining TCM. Steve joined Total Convenience Marketing in September 1997 as an additional Managing Partner for the Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico markets. Steve lives in Houston, TX with his wife Jeannie, their daughter Annalise, and son Tanner.

Bob began his career in convenience store sales in 1990. He has been the Convenience Store National Accounts Manager with Awrey Bakeries, Inc. He was a Regional Sales Manager with Minh Food Corporation prior to joining Awrey’s. Bob joined Total Convenience Marketing in October, 1995 as Managing Partner for the Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico markets. Bob lives in Houston, TX with his wife Ami and sons Carson, Ian and Mitchell.

Ronnie is a 1983 graduate of East Texas State University. Out of college, he worked for Quik-To-Fix Foods as a member of their direct sales force until 1986. From 1986 to the 2003, Ronnie was employed by Food Sales Systems with the responsibility of developing the convenience store segment, and calling on regional chain accounts. In 1999, Ronnie managed and helped develop Sales Partners Southwest Convenience Division (a division of Food Sales Systems, and Orange Brokerage), concentrating again on convenience store distributors and operators.

Chad graduated from Sam Houston State University in May 2007 with a B.B.A. in Economics and International Business. He started with Total Convenience Marketing in 2005 as a Direct Marketing Manager and started as the Accounts Manager for the West Texas/New Mexico market in may of 2007. He resides in Wylie, TX with his wife Lindsey, their son Benjamin, and daughters Bailey and Berkley.

Keith graduated from Sam Houston State University in December 2005 with a degree in Business Administration. During college, Keith gained valuable knowledge of both foodservice and retail while being employed by HEB Grocery Stores, and Whataburger. He joined Total Convenience Marketing in 2006. His main focus is working with our distributor and manufacturer partners in order placement, new items placement, and trade management. Keith is also the account manager for several retail chains in East Texas. Keith lives in Needville, TX with his wife Ashley, son Chandler and daughter Emma.

Kallie Holland and her husband bought a convivence store, Rockin H in 2002. She managed and worked at the store until 2013. She then went to work for Stephenson Wholesale as the Food Service Director/Buyer from 2013-2017. Kallie started with Total Convenience Marketing in January 2018 as an Account Manager for Oklahoma and Arkansas. Her main focus has been working with Distributors and Store Retailer channels to grow their business. Kallie lives in Talihina, Ok with her husband Brian, and their two daughters, MaKayla & MaKenna.

Johnny started in the convenience grocery distribution business in 1988. Through acquisitions, he has
worked for Trinity, Eli Witt, Fleming Foods and for the past 28 years Core-Mark International
Texas Division. He has held management positions in operations, merchandising, sales, food
service, fresh foods and key account consultancy. Johnny's responsibilities helped him
cultivate and secure meaningful relationships with an array of retailers both large and small.
He worked closely with vendors providing product and program solutions to help them grow their
business. Johnny lives in Fort Worth with his wife Torrie and son Zach. He also has a
daughter, Britany and four grandchildren.
