Patrick began his work in the convenience store segment in 1995 working for Frito Lay, located in Central Florida. Patrick joined Total Convenience Marketing in January of 1997 handling the Northeast market working with distributors and retailers from New York to Maine. Pat now lives outside Boston, MA with his wife Lorraine, and his sons Mathew, Andrew and Ryan.

Lorraine has been working in the C-Store Channel for Total Convenience Marketing since 1996. She started working in the Corporate office in Merritt Island, Florida. Lorraine was involved with customers and vendors on a daily basis. She handled order processing and tracking, as well as creating sales materials to be used in the 7 satellite offices. Lorraine moved to the Boston area to start the Northeast office of TCM with her husband, Patrick in 1997. Lorraine now handles sales working with distributors and retailers in the New England Area. Prior to TCM, Lorraine worked for A.C. Nielsen in Boston, MA as an account coordinator for customers including Gillette and Bausch & Lomb. Lorraine lives outside Boston, MA with her husband Patrick, and her sons Matthew, Andrew and Ryan.

and Kellogg foods. She has 21 years of experience in all aspects of the c-store and grocery industry as a
Sales rep and Account Manager driving sales, marketing, merchandising and planograms.
Susan also brings to TCM 10 years of experience as a store layout & planogram designer from CVS.
She lives in Blackstone, MA enjoying the cultures of both Boston & Providence.
