Doug graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Business Management. He has over 17 years of food service experience. Through college he worked in a variety of restaurants including a fast food chain, privately owned fine dining, hotel/resort, country club and a corporate chain. Positions held ranged from dishwasher to manager. After college Doug was employed by Birmingham Restaurant Supply Co. from 1995 through 2005 as a sales consultant. His duties included layout and design assistance, contract negotiations and project management. Doug lives in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife Leslie and daughter Mahala.
