John joined TCM in April, 1996 as Managing Partner for the North and South Carolina markets. Prior to TCM he worked as Director of Sales for a Regional Snack Foods Manufacturer (Dennis Incorporated). John managed the distributor and broker network, covering the East Coast. He lives in Winston-Salem, NC with his wife Jayne, daughter Millicent and son Spencer.

Brad joined TCM in 1999 as a managing partner in our Deep South Market. He moved to the Carolinas and joined John Johnston with TCM Carolinas in 2004 where he remained for 15 years. From 2019 to 2023 Brad was a Manufacturer Manager for Carribean Creme and Pecan Nation while he had to move from the Carolinas to handle some personal business. We are glad to have Brad rejoin TCM Carolinas in Nov 2023 where he is "back home" both personally and professionally. Brad lives in Columbia SC with his wife Anne. Brad and Anne have two adult children (Alexandra and Austin) that also live in Columbia.

Joe re-joined TCM in March of 2024 after a 2 year stint as regional manager with a jerky manufacturer. Formerly he worked as a food broker for 8 years, 6 of which were with TCM. His previous employment included 13 years with Coca Cola Bottling Company Consolidated as well as years of service in marketing for convenience store chains.
